Terms & Conditions
- Booking – A deposit of £20.00 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be treated as confirmation of a booking.
- Cancellation Policy – We offer a full refund if notice of cancellation is given a full 14 days before date of booking, after this time we reserve the right to charge for the full duration of your stay.
- The balance can be paid on departure by cash or credit/debit card.
- Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets in any of our rooms.
- We have a strict No Smoking policy.
- Hi-speed Wi-Fi is provided free of charge however we cannot always guarantee a consistent service.
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of monies paid. No further financial claims will be considered.
